It's a baby GIRL!!!

Sorry that I have been totally missing in action, but my lame excuse is being pregnant and losing our cord to upload pictures. For Halloween I announced that I am having a baby GIRL!!! Marc painted me a skeleton shirt with a baby skeleton on it and I painted a pink bow on the baby. Marc was a rocker and Cache was the cutest "worker man" I know. I am due March 20th and doing pretty good. We are excited to be having a girl!

Easter Trip

We had a great quick trip to Las Vegas for Easter. We went with our good friends Bronco and Jody and stayed with our other friends Jade and Jackie. We went to dinner together Friday night, and stayed up talking. The boys left around 9:00 am to drive to Indo California for the Big 4 concert. The girls had a great day shopping, playing at the park and watching a chick flick. The boys got home around 5:00 am, and they had a great time at the concert. Luckily the Easter bunny found us in Las Vegas. Jade has a daughter, Bella, that is 6 months older than Cache. We had an Easter egg hunt for the two of them. Bella did awesome and had no problems picking up the eggs. Cache on the other hand walked out with his basket and found two golf balls and just wanted to play with them. So I opened an egg and gave him the jelly beans hoping he would want to get more, but instead he just stood there and ate his candy. Then I took him over to an area that still had a number of eggs and he just stood there and pointed wanting Marc or I to pick them up. I handed him one and he opened it spilling all of the jelly beans on the grass. He wouldn't pick up the eggs right by him but he picked up every piece of candy. So Cache ended the Easter egg hunt with nothing but two empty eggs in his basket but it was fun to watch. The trip ended with a bummer Marc got food poising and was really sick on the drive home and Monday. Here are a couple of pictures from the trip.

San Diego Trip

Cache and I just got back from a 6 day trip to San Diego. My sister Emily invited the two of us to go with her and her kids for their spring break. We drove all day on Sunday it took us 14 1/2 hours. In the car it was Emily, Landon (7), Jaycie (5), Adam (3), Tanner (1), Cache (1), and myself. We made it by giving the kids a lot of snacks . We stayed at Jordan's house. Jordan has four kids Tess (5), Addi (5), Bonnie (3), and KC (1). With nine kids under the age of 8 we just hung out. It was a lot of fun to play outside in the warm weather. Ashton and Lydia live down the street from Jordan so we got to spend time with them and their daughter Hallie (1). With all ten kids we went to a Nature Center, and had a Birthday party for Tess and Addi. We had a great time and are really glad that we went. The only thing the trip was missing was Marc. That was the longest Marc and I have been apart from each other since being married. Thanks to our friends Ricky and Whitney for feeding and hanging out with him! Here are a ton of pictures.

Green Day

I know that Cache is only 1 but I figure now is a good time to try somethings out to see what I want to do when he is older and actually cares about the little holidays. So this morning I set an alarm (which I don't normally do) and got up and made bite size cinnamon sugar biscuits (I turn the sugar green) and green eggs. Cache really liked the biscuit bites probably because of the green icing I put on them, and he wouldn't even try the eggs. It was fun this morning to have breakfast together as a family. Marc pinched both Cache and I because we weren't dressed in green yet. I hope that everyone has a great green day!!!

Cache's 1 year pictures

We took Cache's 1 year pictures just a little early. He turns 1 on February 10th. I can hardly believe he is almost 1. Here are some of our favorite pictures of him.

While we were taking pictures we took just a couple of our family. Cache was having a really hard time knowing what to do with his hands.
